VolunteerGrid2 is a 100% volunteer effort to implement a Tahoe-LAFS cloud storage grid.

Tahoe-LAFS is:

Free and Open
a cloud storage system
Distributed: It distributes your data across multiple servers.
Secure: All of you data is encrypted in your computer before it is uploaded to the cloud.
Reduntant:
- Even if some of the servers fail or are taken over by an attacker, the entire filesystem continues to function correctly,
- including preservation of your privacy and security.
